I’m a healthcare and public health leader whose career has moved from bedside nursing to executive roles across rural, academic, and federal systems. Along the way, I learned that leadership in complex environments depends on clarity, presence, and communication that helps people make sense of the work. That understanding is what led me to writing.

My experience spans care management, utilization review, bed flow, readmissions, population health, and system operations. These roles shaped how I see complexity, how I understand the people who carry responsibility inside it, and how leadership can strengthen both teams and the systems they serve.

Today, my work brings together leadership insight, teaching, and writing for people who lead in complex systems. I focus on creating content that blends accuracy, empathy, and grounded practice — writing that helps leaders navigate complexity with clarity and purpose. Whether I’m developing leadership essays, teaching emerging professionals, or shaping thought leadership rooted in public health, my goal is to make complex topics feel accessible, human, and relevant.
